By downloading or playing plush paradise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Just for fun

plush paradise is a casual game for entertainment. Tokens are free and have no cash value. An optional Paradise Membership is available as a one-time in-app purchase in the iOS app. Apple handles the payment, and it can be restricted with Screen Time or Ask to Buy. Toy prices shown in the prize book are fictional. Nothing you win can be exchanged for money, real toys, or anything else of value, and the game is not gambling.

Your license

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the game, or remove any notices from it, except where the law allows.

Ownership

The game, including its art, characters, music, and code, belongs to plush paradise and its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

Fair play

Please do not use cheats, tools, or modified versions to interfere with the game or its distribution. We may stop supporting versions that are modified or used in ways that harm others.

Your progress

Your tokens and collection are saved on your device. If you delete the game or clear its data, they are lost, and we cannot restore them.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always run without interruption or errors, or that it will work on every device.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, plush paradise and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update the game or these terms from time to time. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
